Opened in 2009 as the Artisan Gourmet Market, previous owners offered many grocery items, prepared foods, a dine-in, café experience and this model continues to present day, with a few tweaks and changes.

Fourth owners, Maggie and Max, knew it was time for change once purchasing the business in 2019. However, change is daunting and costly, so it required a lot of brainstorming, planning, and a global pandemic to know what the next steps should be.
