Passion for Pinot Wine Dinner
We are so thrilled to announce our Passion for Pinot Wine Dinner hosted by Tom Leiner from Grapevine Distributors.
We are focusing on everything Pinot – Blancs, Grigios, Noirs – from around the globe. Enjoy five courses plus a welcome drink and dish. Each plate, prepared by Chef Jes, will be paired thoughtfully with a delicious wine.
Truffle Popcorn + Chicken Liver Mousse Pate on Lavash
Rose scented cauliflower soup served with crispy garlic chips
Fig spring roll on bed of greens, poppyseed dressing
NC redfish served with mushrooms, apples, chermoula
~Intermezzo ~ Peach Sorbet
Beef Tenderloin, spinach, aligot potatoes and lavender, bacon au jus
Spiced chocolate tart, walnut crust, burgundy whipped cream
